    The short version: RAGE stores your content data in your own Google Drive account.
    We collect minimal personal information, never sell your data, and you can delete everything at any time.
  

1. Who We Are

RAGE ("we," "us," or "our") is a content management and scheduling tool for creators and creator managers, operated at postrage.com. We help you organize content, plan posts, and track performance across social media accounts.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

Account information — your name, email address, and Google account details when you sign in with Google OAuth
Content data — images, videos, captions, hashtags, draft posts, schedules, and performance metrics you add to RAGE
Creator space data — creator profiles, social media account handles, platforms, and organizational structure you configure
Billing information — your subscription plan and payment status, processed through Stripe. We do not store your credit card number.

Information collected automatically

Session identifier — a randomly generated ID stored in your browser to link your session to your Google Drive and billing account
Usage data — basic app interactions used to improve functionality (not sold or shared with third parties)
Browser and device information — type of browser, operating system, and screen size for display optimization

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide, operate, and maintain the RAGE platform
To process your subscription through Stripe
To sync your content data to your Google Drive account
To display your Google profile name and photo in the app sidebar
To send you transactional emails about your account (receipts, billing alerts)
To respond to support requests
To improve and debug the app

We do not use your data to train AI models, sell to advertisers, or share with third parties beyond the service providers listed below.

4. Google Drive Integration

When you connect Google Drive, RAGE creates a RAGE/ folder in your Drive and uses it to store your content data as a cloud backup. This connection uses Google OAuth 2.0.

RAGE requests the following Google Drive permissions:

drive — to create, read, and update files inside the RAGE/ folder
userinfo.email and userinfo.profile — to display your name and profile photo

Your Google tokens are stored securely in Cloudflare KV (server-side only) and are never exposed to the frontend. You can disconnect Google Drive at any time from the app settings — this deletes your tokens from our servers. Your files in Google Drive remain untouched.

5. Third-Party Services

RAGE uses the following third-party services to operate:

Google OAuth / Drive API — authentication and file storage (Google Privacy Policy)
Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy)
Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and KV storage (Cloudflare Privacy Policy)

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising trackers.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your app data is stored in two places:

Your browser — in localStorage on your device
Your Google Drive — in the RAGE/ folder if you've connected Drive

Session tokens and billing status are stored in Cloudflare KV with a 30-day expiry. We use HTTPS for all data in transit. We do not store your content (images, videos) on our own servers — they live exclusively in your Google Drive.

7. Data Retention

Your session and billing data in Cloudflare KV is retained for as long as your subscription is active, plus 30 days after expiry.
Your content data in your Google Drive is retained indefinitely until you delete it yourself.
If you disconnect Google Drive, we delete your OAuth tokens immediately.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
Export your data in a portable format
Withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email support@postrage.com. For deletion requests, we will remove your session tokens, billing records, and profile data from our servers within 30 days. Your Google Drive files remain under your control.

9. Cookies

RAGE does not use tracking cookies. We use localStorage (not cookies) in your browser to store your app state and session ID. These are essential for the app to function and are not used for advertising.

10. Children's Privacy

RAGE is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

11. International Users

RAGE is operated from the United States. If you are located outside the US, your data may be processed and stored in the US, where data protection laws may differ from your country. By using RAGE, you consent to this transfer.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we'll notify active subscribers by email. Continued use of RAGE after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
