Terms of Service

Plain English summary: Use RAGE to manage your content business. Pay your subscription. Don't abuse the platform. Your content is yours. We're not responsible for how you use the tool.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RAGE ("the Service," operated at postrage.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including free trial users and paying subscribers.

2. Description of Service

RAGE is a content management, scheduling, and analytics tool designed for content creators, managers, and agencies. Features include a content library, draft composer, content calendar, swipe file vault, performance metrics, and Google Drive integration.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use RAGE. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account and Subscription

Account creation

You access RAGE via Google OAuth. Your account is linked to your Google account and session identifier. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.

Subscription plans

RAGE offers the following paid subscription plans:

All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is charged until the trial ends. You may cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.

Billing and payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All prices are in USD.

If a payment fails, your account will be placed in "past due" status and you will retain access for a grace period while Stripe retries the charge. Continued non-payment may result in account suspension.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal (accessible from Settings → Manage Billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, contact us at support@postrage.com and we'll work with you on a resolution.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use RAGE only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not:

Content responsibility

RAGE is a tool for organizing and scheduling content. You are solely responsible for the content you upload, create, and publish through the platform. We do not review user-generated content and are not liable for any content you create or distribute.

If your use of RAGE violates platform-specific terms (e.g., OnlyFans, Instagram, Twitter/X), that is your responsibility. RAGE is a neutral organizational tool and does not facilitate direct publishing to these platforms.

6. Intellectual Property

Your content

You retain full ownership of all content you upload or create using RAGE. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., syncing to your Google Drive, displaying thumbnails in the app).

Our intellectual property

RAGE, its interface, branding, code, and all original content are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written consent.

7. Google Drive Integration

When you connect Google Drive, RAGE creates a RAGE/ folder in your Drive and stores your content data there. We act as a limited agent accessing only this folder structure with your explicit authorization via Google OAuth.

RAGE's use of Google user data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Privacy

Your use of RAGE is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We are not responsible for any loss of data due to technical failures, though we take reasonable steps to maintain reliability.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, CONTENT, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RAGE, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or at our discretion, with or without notice. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any unused portion of your current billing period.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and disconnecting Google Drive from the app settings.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
